Syavie is a buttoned-up soulless corporate lawyer whose only hint of personality surfaces when he signs off an email with ‘Regards’ instead of ‘Kind regards’— his way of saying, ‘I mean business!’
He's a reformed LinkedIn humblebragger who now channels his humblebrags into Strava, flaunting his 4:30 min kilometre pace (unverified, of course) with captions like ‘Not my best, hammies felt a little tight.’
Frankly the most interesting part about him is his dog Ralphy. So we've sprinkled photos of his cute pooch throughout this page to give you a real reason to keep scrolling.

Richard is a reformed 'gym bro' who once lived for protein shakes, tank tops, heavy lifting, and the never-ending pursuit of 'getting shredded for summer'—a goal he chased endlessly but never quite achieved.
He eventually used his remaining brain cells to scrape through university studying Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition and even managed to graduate with a masters degree in Exercise Physiology, specialising in cardiovascular and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Now, his main hobbies consist of doom-scrolling for fresh memes and staging photo shoots of his açai bowls to prove he's living his 'best healthy life'—because if you don’t post it, did it even happen?
They love ice cream, but were tired of "healthy" alternatives pretending to be ice cream and not being very satisfying.
